Serapath Integrative Health & Wellness Services ("Habyt," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by Avigno Technologies LLC, is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website (habyt.io), our applications (including app.habyt.io), and our services.

2. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

• Account information: name, email address, and phone number
• Assessment responses and self-reported health and lifestyle data: age, sex, height, weight, exercise habits, health goals, medications, and your answers to our stress assessment questionnaire
• Conversations with our AI coach and any messages you send through the app
• Biometric or wearable device data, if you choose to connect or upload it
• Payment information, processed securely through Stripe (Habyt does not store your full card number)

Automatically Collected Information

• Browser type and version, device information, and operating system
• IP address and approximate location
• Pages visited, time spent, and general usage patterns
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see "Cookies" below)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Generate your personalized stress report and action plan
• Provide personalized AI and human coaching
• Schedule and manage coaching sessions
• Process payments and manage your account
• Send program-related communications and updates
• Improve and troubleshoot our services
• Comply with legal obligations

4. Service Providers & Subprocessors

We share information with the following third-party service providers ("subprocessors") solely to operate our services on our behalf:

• Supabase — database hosting and account authentication
• Stripe — payment processing
• Anthropic — the AI provider that processes your assessment responses and conversations to generate your stress report and coaching responses
• Resend — transactional email delivery (account, program, and report notifications)
• Fly.io — hosting for the infrastructure that generates your stress report
• Analytics and site tools — Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta (Facebook) Pixel, Hotjar, and Microsoft Clarity, used to understand site usage, and a website chat widget (Botpress) if you choose to use it

We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest, secure authentication, and access controls (including row-level security policies that restrict who can access your data). However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services, and as required to meet legal and recordkeeping obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time, as described below.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of marketing communications
• Withdraw consent for data processing

You can delete your account and associated data directly in the app (Account Settings > Delete Account), or by emailing hello@serapath.me. We will process deletion requests within a reasonable time, subject to any data we are required to retain by law.

We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics, site functionality, and to improve your experience. You can manage cookie preferences through the cookie banner on our site or through your browser settings. Essential cookies are required for basic site functionality.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for, and may not be used by, individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it.
