Do I need wearable devices or lab tests?
No. The assessment is entirely self-reported. If you later choose coaching or the Habyt app, wearable data and lab results can be added for deeper insight — but they're not required.
Is Habyt a replacement for medical care?
No. Habyt is a screening and wellness tool, not a diagnostic service. Where your results suggest further evaluation would be valuable, the report includes what to discuss with a healthcare provider.
